Liability Release Statement - By submitting payment you agree to release Monica Baker from any liability relating to injuries that may occur at a pallet painting event. You also hold Monica Baker entirely free from any financial liability from injuries that may occur.  Regardless of whether injuries are cause by negligence.  You also acknowledge risks involved using hammers, screwdrivers, chisels, screws, chains, sand paper, paint, wood and oil based stains. You also do not have any conditions that would increase your likelihood of injury.

Cancellation Policy-  Please contact paintingbarn@gmail.com regarding canceling your reservation.  If you provide less than 24 hours notice, I am sorry but we will not be able to offer a refund as the vinyl will have already been cut.  I would be happy to create the board for you at that time or we can reschedule you to attend the next open event that we have scheduled.  Thank you.
